The authors should submit their papers in PDF format, accompanied by author's information file (xls file) through e-mail according to the following procedures. (If you submit multiple papers, you need to prepare the author's information file for each paper and send them to us separately.)

For a new submission, please specify "2-letter keyword" in the subject of the email. This will identify in which session you want your paper to be included.

MT: Management of Technology
IT: Information Technology and Communications
MB: Medical Biotechnology
SS: Special Industry Session: "Japanese-style Human Resource Development in ASEAN countries"
NP: Do not know or no particular preference.
For instance, in the case of a new submission by Dr, Ichiro Suzuki who is interested in Mechanical and Precision Engineering, the subject and file names should go as follows:
Subject: MP Ichiro Suzuki,
the file name of your paper: MP_your family name.pdf, e.g., "MP_Suzuki.pdf",
the file name of author's information: MP_your family name.xls, e.g., "MP_Suzuki.xls".
A confirmation e-mail with a paper ID will be sent to you within one week after receiving your paper and author's information file. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within one week, please contact us via e-mail (mjjis2013@ml.tokai-u.jp).
If you would like to send us a revised version of the paper during the submission period, you should send it to mjjis2013_submission@ml.tokai-u.jp via e-mail. In this case, the subject of the e-mail should be "Your paper-ID: REVISE", e.g., "MP-005: REVISE".

Important notice
This is to clarify the four-page limit of contirubuted papers.
Your submitted paper will be treated as a full paper for the subsequent
review process. We strongly advise authors to submit a "4 page" paper
instead of a 2 or 3 page paper although the guideline says "no more than 4 pages".
